The company is expanding several digital and telecommunications programs and is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile teams. The role focuses on driving ceremonies, improving delivery efficiency, strengthening team collaboration, and supporting the release lifecycle.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in digital/telco environments
• Deep understanding of Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Background in digital or telecommunications projects
