Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and design robust technical solutions as a Lead Technical Architect.
- Implement, fine-tune, and provide technical leadership for STIBO STEP-based MDM projects.
- Address complex technical challenges and offer direction to team members.
- Configure, develop, and optimize MDM systems to meet client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Skills and Experience
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDM, SMDM, and multi-domain MDM.
Key Technical Skills:
- System setup, user groups, and privilege configurations.
- Data modeling, attribute groups, and data containers.
- Web UI configurations, search screens, and pop-ups.
- Integration endpoints using SOAP, REST, and IDOC.
- Workflow configuration, global business rules, and scripting (JavaScript/Rhino).
- Advanced configurations: packaging hierarchies, bulk data updates, XSL transformations.
- Golden Records: matching, linking, and optimization.
- API development: STEP API and Extension API.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global teams.
