Role

The role is that of a CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Consultant/Specialist, responsible for the implementation, deployment, and support of CyberArk’s Privileged Access Security (PAS) solution. Key responsibilities include configuring and administering CyberArk components, network design, application/infrastructure security, troubleshooting, cluster services management, integration with various protocols and tools, understanding customer requirements, and providing customized solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CyberArk PIM implementation and support
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk versions 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x
  • Advanced knowledge of CyberArk Cluster Services, failover, and disaster recovery
  • Strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, and tools
  • Proficiency in Windows/VMware administration and Windows Cluster Server
  • Experience with standard protocols, tools, and network devices
  • Understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with directories
  • Familiarity with database client tools and virtual environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
  • Familiarity with IM tools (Jira, Valuemation)
  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations Lead role for CyberArk
  • Experience working in an on/offshore environment and delivering quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
  • Customer service background (Europe preferred)
