Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to refine our cloud-based platform that optimizes the localization of software, websites, mobile apps, and more. You’ll help enhance the quality and efficiency of our translation processes through robust, scalable code.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs and web applications, ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective software architecture and launch new features.
- Contribute to technical decision-making and future direction as part of our Architecture Forum.
- Influence our recruiting process, helping to hire and onboard top engineering talent.
- Work with REST APIs and integrate with backend services.
- Mentor peers, promote a learning-centric engineering culture, and participate in code reviews.
- Deepen your understanding of the software localization industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building large-scale, resilient distributed systems and applications.
- Proficiency in PHP and Symfony
- Versatility in multiple programming languages.
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ) and various data storages (e.g., Redis, ElasticSearch).
- Familiarity with automated testing, Docker, and Observability tools (e.g., Bugsnag).
- Solid knowledge of Git.
Preferred
- Node.js experience.
- Involvement in open-source communities.
- Familiarity with AWS, Fastify, Prisma, and localization.

Rate: 180 – 230 PLN/h +VAT
