Role:
- Analyzing requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Customizing CRM components like entities, forms, and workflows.
- Estimating efforts and evaluating pros and cons of different approaches.
- Integrating with external systems and developing using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Database.
- Writing clean code in C# and JavaScript, following coding standards.
- Debugging and resolving CRM system issues promptly.
- Collaborating with stakeholders for timely project delivery within budget.
- Identifying and addressing potential project delays proactively.
- Providing technical guidance to junior developers for skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Effective communication of project statuses and concerns.
- Development of D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Proficiency in plug-in development using C# and UI logic in JavaScript.
- Building and releasing solutions.
- Writing clear technical documentation.
- Preference for candidates with banking experience.
