About the Project

We are looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join a long-term project for a US-based MedTech company. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications in the medical industry.

Tech Requirements

Languages:

✔️ Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

Testing Frameworks & Libraries:

✔️ Jasmine – experience writing tests and assertions in TypeScript
✔️ WebDriverIO – knowledge of browser automation (legacy framework experience, openness to Playwright)
✔️ Appium – experience automating actions on mobile devices

Design & Automation Patterns:

✔️ Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) for structuring UI tests

API & Service Testing:

✔️ Experience working with REST clients and API request/response principles

Image & Visual Testing (Nice to Have):

➕ Experience with ImageMagick or similar tools

Reporting & CI/CD:

✔️ Experience generating JSON test reports for dashboard integration (TReport)
✔️ Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automating test pipelines
