If you&#8217;re passionate about Master Data Management solutions and thrive in complex technical environments, this is the role for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze customer requirements and design robust technical solutions as a <strong>Lead Technical Architect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement, fine-tune, and provide technical leadership for STIBO STEP-based MDM projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address complex technical challenges and offer direction to team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure, develop, and optimize MDM systems to meet client needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3-5 years of hands-on experience with <strong>STIBO STEP<\/strong> MDM solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of <strong>CMDM<\/strong>, <strong>SMDM<\/strong>, and multi-domain MDM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System setup, user groups, and privilege configurations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data modeling, attribute groups, and data containers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web UI configurations, search screens, and pop-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration endpoints using <strong>SOAP<\/strong>, <strong>REST<\/strong>, and <strong>IDOC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workflow configuration, global business rules, and scripting (<strong>JavaScript\/Rhino<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced configurations: packaging hierarchies, bulk data updates, XSL transformations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Golden Records: matching, linking, and optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API development: STEP API and Extension API.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> BE\/B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"xs_social_share_widget xs_share_url after_content \t\tmain_content  wslu-style-1 wslu-share-box-shaped wslu-fill-colored wslu-none wslu-share-horizontal wslu-theme-font-no wslu-main_content\">\n\n\t\t\n        <ul>\n\t\t\t        <\/ul>\n    <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Overview We are seeking experienced STIBO STEP MDM Consultants to join an exciting project with a global technology powerhouse.
